Roger Brown: Drums, Vocals. In addition to co-founding each of our three
bands, Roger is Chairman and Founder of Bright Horizons
Family Solutions (NASDAQ: BFAM), the largest on-site provider of child care to
corporations in North America. Roger is now the President of the Berkelee College of Music in Boston, MA (http://www.berklee.edu).
Roger is the father of three. |

Mark Caddell: Bass, Lead Vocals. Mark, founding member of Talkischeap and The
Crawdaddys and has several albums and film soundtracks to his credit. He also serves
the Boston area through his renowned family dental practice and is the father of two. |

Chip Carter: Guitar, Vocals. Chip lends his software engineering expertise both
to our three bands, which he co-founded, as well as to IBM/Lotus,
where he serves as senior project manager for Iris Associates. Chip is the father of
two. |

Jim Kuster:
Keyboards. Jim, a co-founder of our three bands, spent a number
of years on the New York studio musician circuit, where he played in
the New York Pops under the direction of Skitch Henderson and
arranged television music for CBS Sports and numerous
advertisements. He also has worked in investment banking for twenty
years and is a managing director at RBS Securities, a New York merchant banking firm. He is the father of three. |
